A popular course that has been run over the past five years at the local schools. This has been organized by Teacher Centers or Nassau Tracs. The curriculum is flexible and incorporates local culture and cuisine. The sessions are outlined below:
This 16 hour unit of study attempts to profile the Hindu tradition and the diaspora in the tristate area. An understanding of the culture and its people is vital for schools so that bridges of knowledge may be built and communities may learn in harmony and respect.
