Yoga Classes

Yoga Classes for New York Students

Yoga classes at YICG are held on Saturdays and cater to Long Island and Queens Communities in New York. Yoga is a Sanskrit term meaning "union". This ancient practice utilizes breathing techniques and various postures to improve the strength of the body and create a feeling of calm and relaxation. The various asanas (postures) enable awareness of the body, breath, mind, and environment.
